Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaravelScripts (the "Store", "we", "us" or "our") and any products you purchase from it. By creating an account, browsing, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Who we are

LaravelScripts is a digital marketplace that sells source code, scripts, plugins, templates and related digital products (each an "Item"). Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record. You can reach us any time at support@laravelscripts.net or through our contact page.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to buy from the Store. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@laravelscripts.net if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these Terms or for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. Items & licenses

Every Item is licensed, not sold, to you. Each purchase is granted under either a Regular License or an Extended License, depending on the option you select at checkout. The license you buy defines how you may use the Item. A full comparison is available on our licenses page, and the license terms in force at the time of your purchase form part of these Terms.

What you may do

• Use the Item in a single end product, in accordance with the license type you purchased.
• Modify, adapt and combine the Item with other works to build your end product.

What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the Item (or its source code) available on a stand-alone basis.
• Use a single license across more than one end product, or share it with third parties.
• Use an Item under a Regular License in a product for which end users are charged — an Extended License is required for that.

All intellectual property rights in the Items remain with us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of an Item to you.

4. Pricing, payment & taxes

Prices are displayed on each Item's page and may change at any time. Payment is collected at checkout by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes the transaction, issues your invoice, and calculates, collects and remits any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, so the amount you pay may include tax based on your location.

We do not receive or store your full card or banking details — those are handled entirely by Paddle. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

5. Delivery of digital goods

Items are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, your license and purchase code are issued and the download becomes available from your account dashboard through time-limited secure links. It is your responsibility to download and keep a copy of the Items you purchase.

6. Refunds & cancellations

Because Items are digital goods that are delivered and downloadable immediately, all sales are generally final. By completing a purchase and accessing the download, you acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance sales once delivery has begun.

We will nonetheless consider a refund where an Item:

• is materially not as described;
• does not function substantially as advertised and the issue cannot be resolved with reasonable support; or
• was purchased in a duplicate or clearly erroneous transaction.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds are not granted for buyer's remorse, for lacking the skills or environment needed to use an Item, or for incompatibility that was disclosed on the Item's page. To request a refund, contact us at support@laravelscripts.net; approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.

7. Support & updates

Each purchase includes 6 months of item support and lifetime access to updates for that Item. Support covers help with using the Item as documented and fixing confirmed defects; it does not include customisation, third-party integrations, or installation on your behalf unless expressly stated. When your support period ends, your license and Item keep working and you continue to receive updates — only the ability to open new support tickets pauses until support is renewed.

8. Reviews & user content

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with the Store. You are responsible for what you post and must not submit anything unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its normal operation, scraping or bulk-downloading content, circumventing download or license protections, or using the Store to distribute malware or unlawful material.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Store and the Items are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an Item will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Store or any Item. Our total liability for any claim relating to an Item will not exceed the amount you paid for that Item.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of an Item, the end products you build with it, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Store if you breach these Terms. Licenses validly granted before termination survive, subject to your continued compliance with their terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date on this page, and where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Store owner is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
